Terms and Conditions

The online store sells gold jewellery with diamonds and precious stones (new and pre-owned) exclusively via the Internet, in particular through the domains: artera-jewellery.com and artera-jewellery.pl.

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Store, placing orders, and concluding sales agreements.

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 30.04.2026.

Customer — a natural or legal person making a purchase.

Consumer — a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business activity.

Product — gold jewellery with diamonds or precious stones offered in the Store.

Sales Agreement — a distance contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller.

Order — a declaration of intent to conclude a Sales Agreement.

All Products are legal and approved for sale.

Pre-owned jewellery may show minor signs of use, including small scratches.

Natural gemstones may contain minor scratches, inclusions, or other natural characteristics.

The Seller makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate; however, slight differences may occur.

Orders can be placed exclusively via the Store's website.

Conditions for placing an order: providing accurate data and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

After placing an order, the Customer receives confirmation via e-mail.

The Sales Agreement is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller.

Product prices are displayed in Polish złoty (PLN) and Euro (EUR).

The price visible at the time of placing the order is binding.

Available payment methods: bank transfer and electronic payments.

Cash on delivery is not available.

Delivery is carried out exclusively within the European Union.

Delivery is made only via courier services.

Order processing time is 2 to 12 business days.

Delivery is free of charge.

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the Product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must submit a declaration via e-mail and return the Product to the company address.

The cost of return shipping is borne by the Customer.

The Product must be returned in an unchanged condition.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned Product.

The Seller is liable for defects in accordance with applicable law.

Complaints should be submitted via e-mail.

The complaint should include a description of the issue and Customer details.

Complaints are processed within 14 days.

Personal data is processed for the purpose of: order fulfillment, customer communication, and compliance with legal obligations.

Legal basis for data processing: performance of a contract, legal obligations, and customer consent (if applicable).

Data may be shared with payment and delivery service providers. Data is not sold to third parties.

The Customer has the right to: access their data, correct data, request deletion, restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Data is stored for the period required by law.

Matters not regulated herein are governed by Polish law.

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.

Disputes will be resolved by competent courts.
